This website is operated by Lawn Works USA. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Orders are accepted for delivery within the contiguous United States unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Product Information

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate, but manufacturers may change specifications without notice and occasional errors can occur. Images are illustrative and equipment may differ slightly from what is shown. If a listing contains a material error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Pricing & MSRP

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Where a struck-through price appears, it is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for reference — it is not necessarily a former Lawn Works USA selling price. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or delivery-area limits. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order ships. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund of what you paid for it.

Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods shown on this site. Your payment details are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping methods, timelines and delivery details are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect shipments on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing, then contact us promptly so we can help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all components.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Warranty & Disclaimer

Equipment sold on this site is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty; coverage length and terms vary by brand and model, and some manufacturers require registration or dealer setup for eligibility. Except as required by law, the products are otherwise provided without additional warranties from Lawn Works USA. See our Disclaimer for more.

Safe Operation

Outdoor power equipment can cause serious injury if misused. You are responsible for reading the manufacturer’s manual, following all safety instructions, and operating equipment only as intended.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawn Works USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Product names, brand names and logos appearing on this site are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the equipment we sell. The content of this website may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
